    Meh...

    I've never been a big Subway fan, but I've been trying to tap into my inner Jared while trying to lose a few pounds.  I sometimes hit this place for a plain turkey sub (veggies, turkey, tomato, and that's it).  It's really the only location to get a sandwich pretty late when I'm lazy (I sometimes arrive right before 10pm).

    When I don't know what to eat and want something not too bad for me, I'll get a plain sub to go...

    The same guy seems to serve us every time.  I'm shocked he doesn't know my name by now.

    Customer service is horrible! I came in tonight to purchase a subway sandwich of course and the Hindu/Indian young man came out of the back room to the counter and asked me what I wanted. Now there is NO ONE in the restaurant and I politely asked for a minute to review the menu because I was getting more than one sandwich and the guy proceeded to smack his lips then mumbled something underneath his breathe all while looking extremely annoyed with me..
    mind you the restaurant is completely empty so I him if there was a problem and he was like no no take your time but said it with a attitude and I asked him again if he was sure and he said yeah with a annoyed look on his face. At this moment I'm getting annoyed because you lack proper customer service skills and here I am giving you my cash for a something and your treating me poorly. So in that moment you lost my business and I politely told the guy that I work for a living to and that I cannot give my money to someone who has an attitude about servicing me and walked out and proceeded to go to a different subway, where I got way better treatment!
    A better subway is located 76 Biesterfield road inside of the Elk Grove town center! Go to that one folks

    First thing He was on a speaker phone and He has no idea of what he is doing with the customers sandwich. I am a Manager for subway Restaurant. No Hand wash. No greeting. He needs to be trained in a right way to make sandwiches. Also, Provide Napkins!!! They don't cost as much as Diamonds

    The young girl working would not serve food 15 minutes BEFORE closing time. Is 8pm close or 7:45! You lazy people lost my business and I will be bad mouthing this location to everyone possible

    Your average subway never really been here when its busy but I'm always the only one in here. Service could be better. there is  always the same gentlemen he never gets my order wrong despite looking like he has a million other things he could be doing. I appreciate the consistency and the convenience so ill be back.
